The hotel was easy to find and the parking was adequate. The guests are given parking permits for the length of their stay. I found the staff were very friendly and the hotyel as a whole I would heartily recommend it to my friends if they were going to scarborough for their holidays.

Had a fairly nice stay for 1 night, would stay here again. I got a magnificent room with the old style windows, lovely views, for instance. I enjoyed the nice design here. And it was nestled minutes from a train station.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for us The waitresses were particularly pleasant. The hotel was very convenient for the cliff lift and access to the spa where we were attending a conference . Good value for money.
